One who wishes to create a guild within the Ordo Procinctus should take the following steps.
1. Consider the need for the guild.
2. The guild must be period.
3. Present 3 works to the War Council.
4. Present a guild charter outlining it’s structure to the War Council.
5. A minimum of 5% of guild profits will be tithed to the Ordo Procinctus.
Upon approval from the War Council, the guild may begin official operation.
